Dee sits down with Louise, whose journey with kidney disease and IgA nephropathy spans over 30 years. Louise was diagnosed with kidney disease when she was pregnant in her early 20s. She discusses experiencing pregnancy complications and how she coped with heart-breaking baby loss in the course of her pregnancy. Louise also shares her experience of living abroad with only 22% kidney function, walking 20km with undiagnosed angina, and receiving her life-changing kidney transplant, nicknamed "Katie the Kidney".
