The Great North Run is the world’s biggest half marathon, with around 60,000 runners taking part each year.

We are proud to be growing our team of #KidneyWarriors supporting kidney patients right across the UK. We would love for you to be part of it next time around. Whether you are a seasoned runner or a first-timer, Kidney Care UK will be there to support you every step of the way and make sure your Great North Run experience is one you will never forget.

Register your interest for 2027

Register your interest now for 2027. Registration is £35 and the minimum fundraising target is £400.

If you already have a place and you'd like to use it to raise money for us, we'd love to have you on the team! There is no minimum target to raise.
