Take part in the UK's second largest marathon and one of Europe's largest! This iconic event drawing participants from all over the world to the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester.
This 26.2 mile challenge is for everyone, from some superb elite runners, to those who thought completing a marathon would never be possible. Many regular runners find this the ideal event to get a personal best time, whilst everybody finds the incredible Mancunian support throughout the course unforgettable.
2024 saw a record-breaking 32,000 people sign up to take on the challenge and 2025 is set to be the biggest year yet!
Whether you are a seasoned runner or a first-timer, Kidney Care UK will be with you and support you every step of the way. We offer all our runners a support package we are proud of & will do all that we can to ensure that your marathon experience is one you will never forget.

If you already have your own place in the event, we would love for you to join us. There’s no minimum sponsorship, all we ask is you raise as much as you can and still receive the same support from our dedicated fundraising team!
