Basecamp is in Scarborough – famous for its Fair, and a popular seaside spa since the 17th century. The route heads around the town & beaches, and north along the Cleveland Way, with a stunning coastline up through Robin Hood Bay and onwards to Whitby, of Captain Cook & Abbey fame, and our halfway 50km stop and other main basecamp by the Abbey. For full 100km challengers, it’s inland along the Esk Valley before heading south into classic moorland scenery. Through Moors Park Forest – joining the Tabular Hills Walk back to Scarborough basecamp, where a big celebration awaits at the end of an epic challenge!
