The Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a delightful mix of rolling hills and valleys – with varied geology, wildlife, ancient hill-forts, castles, and villages – and a perfect for a new Ultra Challenge! Basecamp is at the Discovery Centre in Craven Arms – and the main 55km loop route heads SW on trails to Knighton on the Welsh Border and around through the historic village of Leintwardine, before the view of Stokesay Castle signals the welcome finish line is in reach! With full support all the way, 1350 metres of climb, plus 27km & 10 mile options available, and weekend camping  – this will be a special addition to the 2027 calendar!
