We are so grateful to every single one of our supporters for providing a lifeline for kidney patients and their families during their lowest and loneliest times. Here are a few of the amazing, creative ways you are raising funds and awareness for our community.

  • Three Peaks Challenge

    Six brave colleagues at Gallagher UK successfully conquered the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise essential funds and awareness for Kidney Care UK as its Charity of the Year!

  • Emma's fundraiser

    One of our London Marathon runners, Emma, raised over £500 by holding a fundraising event with tractor rides, a raffle and much more in aid of Kidney Care UK.

  • iCollect Clothing

    Telford Renal Unit set up an iCollect Clothing display for two months for people to donate used clothes and small domestic items to raise funds for Kidney Care UK.

  • Kate's teddy tombola

    As part of her London Marathon fundraising, Kate set up a stall at her local village Funday and held a teddy tombola. She also sold pick n mix's at work to raise a total of over £300!

  • Elliott's super drawing

    Elliott, aged 7, who celebrates his 5th kidneyversary this year, was asked at school to draw a person to celebrate their individuality and show that everyone is welcome in the world!

  • Tony "Iron Kidney"

    Tony had a transplant last year and decided to fundraise for Kidney Care UK through attending his first Transplant Games in Nottingham this year. He has raised an amazing £750!

  • Car boot sale

    One of our Great North Run participants, Jo, went above and beyond in her fundraising efforts by hosting a successful car boot sale. She has now raised over £350 (and counting!) for Kidney Care UK!

  • Ashley's fundraiser

    Ashley raised £1,500 by putting on a fundraising event with horse racing, a raffle and disco! "Our son had a kidney transplant and we wanted to say a huge thank you for all the support we received."

  • Women's tandem

    Hannah and Ede are aiming to set a women’s tandem Land's End to John o’ Groats record by completing the ride in less than 3 days! They are fundraising along the way to raise awareness.

  • George & Tom's marathon

    George and Tom took on the Leeds Marathon for Kidney Care UK and raised over £1,200! This amazing effort was on behalf of their sister/wife who is being donated a kidney by their mother/mother-in-law.

  • Mhairi's birthday run

    Mhairi ran the Women's 10k in Glasgow on her birthday and raised over £900! She decided to run in aid of Kidney Care UK on behalf of her mum, who is awaiting a kidney transplant.

  • Imogen & Sam's swim

    Imogen and Sam's grandfather inspired them to take on the Great North Swim as he has had a kidney transplant. They have raised over £500 for Kidney Care UK – what an amazing effort!
