Set up a tribute page for your loved one
When we lose someone close to us, we cherish the memories we have. You can celebrate and share these memories with those closest to you, while improving life for kidney patients today.
We have partnered with MuchLoved to offer you the opportunity to make a beautiful, personalised tribute page for free.
A tribute page is a webpage that offers family and friends the opportunity to share a message or memory, upload their favourite photos and show their support for the kidney community by making a donation to Kidney Care UK.
Tribute pages are simple to set up and can be personalised with photos, stories, videos and even music.
This page can include details such as when the funeral service is planned. Friends and family can make a donation in lieu of flowers.
Individuals can leave a message and light a virtual candle at anytime and at no cost.
Donations made on this page will be paid directly to Kidney Care UK (an additional charity can also be selected to share the collection).
To set up a MuchLoved tribute page you will need to provide:
- your loved one’s name
- the date of their death
- your name
- your email address
Hold a collection
We are happy to offer our support and advice for arranging a funeral collection or donations in lieu of flowers.
We can provide Kidney Care UK branded collection boxes and Gift Aid donation envelopes. We also have a range of branded pins and badges to offer to those that donate.

Make a donation
To make a donation in memory using a credit or debit card, please give us a call on 01429 594 943 or use our online donation form to donate to Kidney Care UK. With each gift you will be improving the life of kidney patients.
Where possible, we will send a thank you card to the family approximately 8 weeks after the funeral, acknowledging the amount raised in memory of the special person.
