Maddy was a Vice President in Global Talent Development at Goldman Sachs for 7 years, focusing on diverse talent pipelines and inclusive leadership before setting up her consultancy in 2016.
She consults for MedTech, pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations on market access, comms, policy and advocacy.
She is a passionate campaigner and advocate in the kidney community combining public speaking, advisory work, research involvement and peer support with a particular interest in home dialysis and young adults.
Maddy has been on home dialysis for 25 years since she was a teenager, having had a failed kidney transplant attempt. She believes life has to come first and that it’s possible to live absolutely normally and thrive whilst on nocturnal home haemodialysis.
