Summary

This study is about understanding what kinds of information help people with kidney disease and other long-term health problems to manage their care. If you live with kidney disease and another condition like diabetes, heart disease, or high blood pressure—or care for someone who does—we want to hear from you. We are especially interested in how people find health information, what they wish they had known earlier, and how care could be better coordinated. By speaking with both patients and carers, we aim to improve how information is shared and how future services are designed. Taking part involves either an offline or an online interview. Everything you say will be kept totally anonymous and confidential.
