Kidney Care UK and pharmacists sound the alarm on ibuprofen and kidney health
A Kidney Care UK survey has found that three quarters of people living with kidney disease were not aware that certain over-the-counter pain medications like ibuprofen can affect the kidneys. Working with the National Pharmacy Association, we are urging patients to be aware of the risks of NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).
