Do you have in-centre dialysis in Scotland?

In-centre Dialysis Transport Survey (Scotland): we need your help

Kidney Care UK are working hard to campaign for the improvement of transport and the repayment of transport costs for people travelling to and from in-centre (hospital/ satellite unit) dialysis.

We are currently looking at the issue of transport to and from in-centre dialysis for people with kidney disease in Scotland and would like to hear from you.

This survey is an opportunity for YOU to have your say and let us know what your views and experiences are as someone on in-centre dialysis or as a kidney health care professional in Scotland.

We will share the results of the survey with the Scottish government to support our campaign for improvements.

Taking part in the survey is really important as we continue to campaign for better care for all people living with kidney disease in Scotland.

The In-centre Dialysis Transport Survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

The closing date is Monday 11 September.
