We know there are around 28,558 people living with CKD in the four most deprived areas in Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury and Eastbourne. There are around 2,000 people who have been transplanted, are on home dialysis or in centre dialysis currently in the South East Water overall network.

Anyone with a household income under £21,000 (excluding housing benefit and disability benefits) will be eligible for a 30% discount on their fresh water charges. If your current income is below £17,000 you could be eligible for a 50% discount.
